You can just make out someone above the grate at the top of the tower about to 'Kiss the Blarney Stone' and supposedly gain the gift of eloquence. What about the term 'Blarney'? Well, that is another story. It is credited to Queen Elizabeth 1 whose use of the word resulted in long eloquent flattery becoming known as Blarney.
